How is the quality of your products?

We have been producing our current product line for over 5 years, we have study markets worldwide and we have always paid special attention to quality control.

How can I test the product before ordering a container ?

Sampling the product before purchasing a full container is a common move in our business. We offer several ways to sample the goods:
1. Flying to the factory and take a factory tour, seeing the production line and check the relevant products out.
2. Buying a sample. We can sell sample items (usually 10%-15% on top of the container price) and shipping it to your facility. (the sample will come directly from the factory)
3. Buying a small order of 5 pcs of each model or so (price is a little bit more expensive than FCL price) but still the client will be able to sell the products in nice margin...and also have a live pilot for his market (The best way)

What brand is your products?

All of our products are made in China. Factories in China specialize in manufacturing and not in distribution, therefore the product will come unbranded. Most importers brand the product with their own trading mark. We offer this to you with no extra charge

What exactly is inspection and quality control?

When products are manufactured, it is necessary to look out for manufacturing mistakes and defects. We supply the basic service for our existing product line as a default.
We also offer this service for customers who already bought products in China and would like to inspect the shipment before it leaves China.

Can you manufacture new items ?

Yes, China is filled with factories of all kind of capabilities and thousands of products. We could produce items which are sent to us (either a blueprint or duplicate and existing product)
If the product already exists and is manufactured regularly, we will produce it to order.

What does product sourcing service means?

There are hundreds of thousands of items that are produced in China. It's not always easy to locate the right factory for your product... Factors such as : reputability, production experience, price, quality etc. are to be considered.

What's OEM ?

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacture) means that the factory will produce something and we'll put your brand name on it. like it was your factory who made it.
For example: we could produce same engine as Honda (same technology and everything) But it will not have the Honda marking on it. That is referred as Honda OEM engine.
